Each 1 Bedroom apartment is available for stays of 2 nights minimum.
Weekly & monthly rates are available.

165.00 per night (2 nights minimum)
975.00 per week (must be 7 nights)
3,575.00 per month (must be 30 nights)
(For stays less than 30 nights, plus: 9.00% SA Occupancy Tax + 1.75% Bexar County Tax + 6.00% Sales Tax)

• Housekeeping service is available at additional cost. Please inquire.
• G2 Haus is pet friendly and requires a non-refundable charge of 40.00 per pet, per stay.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, however is OK outside on the decks & in the courtyards. A $200 fee will be added to you bill if smoking is detected inside during or after your stay.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover Credit cards, cash & cashier's checks.
• A valid credit card is required to be on file to confirm your reservation.

Reservation Changes, Cancellation & No Show Policy

• Reservations not cancelled prior to 24 hours of your confirmed arrival date will incur a charge of one night's stay plus taxes. If a reservation is not cancelled and you do not register, a charge of the entire confirmed length of stay will be charged.
• Reservations not cancelled and you do not register will incur a non-arrival fee equal to one night's room and taxes.
